First! Here's the Google Pixel 6 Sighting Teaser

Kamis, 09 September 2021

Google has released a new teaser trailer for the upcoming Pixel 6 that includes some images of the smartphone being used in the real world.

The footage comes more than a month after Google released its first official images, of the upcoming device, limited to renders rather than actual photos.

On its Instagram page, Google has also teased the phone in a new post that might provide some hints about when its official launch might happen beyond "this fall."

As reported by The Verge as Android Police, Friday (10/9/2021), the clock widget in this image shows the date as "Tuesday 19."

October 19 falls on a Tuesday. That's a little slower than when Google announced the Pixel 5 last year (September 30), but it's definitely a decent average.

Google announced that it will be powered by a new Google-designed system on a chip (SoC) called Tensor, featuring a Tensor Processing Unit to speed up AI operations.

Pixel 6 will come in two versions. There's the Pixel 6 Pro which will have a 6.7-inch QHD+ 120Hz curved display, and triple rear cameras including an ultrawide foldable telephoto lens and 4X optical zoom.

While the regular Pixel 6 will have a slightly smaller 6.4-inch FHD+ 90Hz flat screen, and no telephoto camera.
